Role Description



This is a full-time on-site General Manager role located in New Brighton, MN. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the janitorial services provided by Brown Janitorial Services, LLC. The General Manager will be responsible for managing employees, creating work schedules, and ensuring that all work is completed to the satisfaction of clients. The role will also involve setting and tracking budgets, implementing new processes and procedures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.



Qualifications


Previous experience managing teams and overseeing day-to-day operations

Demonstrated experience in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to work collaboratively with clients and employees

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

Experience in the cleaning or janitorial services industry is a plus


Brown Janitorial Services, LLC is now hiring for commercial cleaning services. We are looking to hire 1-2 people to join our crew. This position is Full Time!! The ideal candidate would be someone who is a self-starter, goal oriented, punctual and eager to learn.

Compensation: $18 per hour plus DAILY bonuses, profit sharing, and 1 weeks Paid Time Off. (AVERAGE PAY for employees is $20-$30/hr)
