How the Virtual Walkthrough Works

STEP 1
Schedule Your Walkthrough
Select an available time on our calendar. Walkthroughs are conducted via live video or pre-recorded submission.
STEP 2
Video-Based Facility Review
You will either:
Join a live video walkthrough (15–20 minutes), or
Upload a guided video using your phone following our checklist Example ( Video Submission )
We assess:
Square footage and layout
Traffic patterns
Restrooms and break areas
Flooring types
Compliance-sensitive areas
Risk and high-touch zones
STEP 3
Defined Scope of Work
Based on your walkthrough, we document:
Task lists
Cleaning frequencies
Inclusions and exclusions
Service boundaries
Nothing starts without this being defined.
STEP 4
Contract-Ready Proposal
You receive a written proposal aligned with your facility, schedule, and accountability requirements.
